Our philosophy at FireFlies is simple. We strive to bring you the best and freshest product we can. How do we do this? Well, we make almost everything we serve from scratch; using premium ingredients, from baked fresh daily breads and desserts to fresh mozzarella and perfectly roasted sandwich meats. We also make all of our sauces, dressings, soups and much, much more. Why do we go to all of this trouble? That's simple. It's not trouble at all. We are chefs, foodies, scientists, and gardeners who believe that culinary education is a life long journey and adventure. We feel that anything that can be made from scratch should be and that using less than perfect ingredients will never yield a superior end product.
Wine is also a very important part of the FireFlies philosophy. As diners, we were personally tired of going to a restaurant and having to pay the "typical' restaurant mark-up for a good bottle of wine. If your like us and enjoy shopping for wine as much as drinking it, you know that it doesn't cost big bucks to get a great bottle.
