Well, we make almost everything we serve from scratch; using premium ingredients, from baked fresh daily breads and
desserts to fresh mozzarella and perfectly roasted sandwich meats.  We also make all of our sauces, dressings, soups
and much, much more.  Why do we go to all of this trouble?
That's simple.  It's not trouble at all.  We are chefs, foodies, scientists, and gardeners who believe that culinary
education is a life long journey and adventure.  We feel that anything that can be made from scratch should be and that
using less than perfect ingredients will never yield a superior end product.
